Actually I have heard this story before...
And there were some people commited suicide in the past, especially the place as you say...
It seems that there is a mysterious power attracts some people to commit suicide...
And it may relate to the ghost can't rest...
Whatever my friend broke up with her boyfriend...
Oneday she wanted to commit suicide there...
It was so strange that she heard that there was a girl's voice...
And the girl focused her to commit suicide...
It was so lucky that my friend didn't follow what the girl said...
Since she was so afriad at that moment, so her suicidal idea disappeared suddenly...
So I believe that there is ghost in Tsim Sha Tsui East...
Actually suicide is so cazy, we shouldn't think of it, even if how sad we are...
And there is always hope for us, so every problem can solve...
