I saw some of them several times.Will they harm people....it's depend on who they are and what did you do. Otherwise, they do have face (I heard some people say that they don't really have face, it's not true). Ghosts are not like your imagination: fucked-up face, bloody, and even have no eyes or something like that. Not all of them are like that. From my experiences, a lot of ghosts looks normal, just exactly like human. Sometimes they have light. You'll feel cold before you see them. It's a kinda scary about the way they show-off. They can talk with human if they want, but most of them don't like to talk very much.
