Haha... Such an interesting topic! 8)
Actually I like eating... Eating is my favourite...
Even so I am happy or upset, I would like to eat a lot of things... ^.^
And I like to taste every delicious food...
Such as chicken leg, pork chop,fish ball, instant noodle, etc... =.=''
It is so lucky that I don't get fat, even if I eat too much... ^.^
However we should have balance diet...
Poor diet is a cause of ill health...
Sometimes it is harmmful that we eat too much snacks...
And we are lack of eating enough healthy food...
Thus we will get ill health...
Somebody will be overweight and somebody will get badly illness...
If we want to be healthy, we should have balance diet...
Try to eat more fruits & green vegetables...
They are good for our health...
Actually fruit juice & vegetable soup are both delicious...
My mum usually cooks vegetable soup for me, it is really delicious!! ^.^
We should try to eat more this kinds food...
I think that nothing is better than a balance diet...
Balance diet + Suitable Exercise = Health |
