Actually I have the same experience as you before...
Whatever the lift suddenly stopped in 3/F, and I was sure that I didn't prush 3/F button...
And actually nobody was there, so it shouldn't be anyone prush the button on 3/F too...
I was so scared at that moment since I though there was ghost beside me...
And I felt a cool wind passed me, I looked outside of the lift peacefully...
It was really terrible that there was nobody & only have a dark corridle...
So I didn't have any response and I tried to comfort myself that it was only a breakdown of the lift...
Finally a man came inside and he asked me what happened...
He was surpirsed that I was crying that time...

After this terrible experience, I choose to walk ladder to go home...
Since I just live at 5/F and I am so scared to take the lift alone...
