You can still drink coke or other sodas, but they do take away your calcium. Don't drink so much! Take milk, ice cream, cheese or yoghurt to fix the problem on loosing calcium more often. Diary products are very good to the body, somehow chinese don't like them which make them have a lot of problems when these people get older. Being fat is much better than having your bones like crispy wafers! |
